She is survived by her husband, Jerry D. Moore; sons, Michael R. Boyes, John C. (Charlene) Boyes, & David W. Boyes; grandchildren, Dylan & Elaine Boyes; brother, John (Cheryl) Dominick; and sister, Diann (Richard) Birdwell.
