Medina, TN - Richard Eldridge Thacker, 61, passed away in the early morning on April 19th, 2017 in the comfort of his own home.
He leaves his children, Ricky Thacker & Renee Thacker; daughter-in-law, Ashley Bell; brother, Raymond Thacker; grandchildren, Melanie Epperson (19), Shawn Epperson (17), Chloe Thacker (11), Cash Thacker (9), Summer Garland (6), & Ryder Garland (5); and many other friends and family whom loved him very much.
Richard lived to make his grand babies’ bowls of cereal in the morning, and he looked forward to the walks to and from school every single day. One thing we know for sure about Papap, he would do anything in this universe to take care of his babies.
A Memorial Service will be held at Medina Funeral Home 3pm Friday, April 21, 2017.
