Mr. Steve Blankenship

Mr. Blankenship died Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at his home in Humboldt.

Services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 3 pm in the chapel of Gibson Funeral Home with Bro. Don Scott officiating. Burial will follow in White Rose Cemetery in Gibson, TN.

Mr. Steve was born in Humboldt to the late Hoyt and Lillie McGee Blankenship and was educated in the local schools.

Mr. Blankenship was a longtime employee of Kraft Foods, now Bongard Creamery in Humboldt.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Nancy; brother, Billy.

He is survived by his sons, Joe, Andy and Ben Blankenship; granddaughter, Natlie Grace Butler; sister, Betty Rush; brother, Bobby Blankenship; nephews, Jeff anf Tim Rush; nieces, Laurie White and Charlotte Comfort.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 12 noon until 3 pm at Gibson Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
