She was born June 14, 1970 in Roseville, California to Patricia Flynn and the late William Gaydosh.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Gaydosh. Amy is survived by her husband, Jack Frost; daughter, Brittiny Kring; and mother, Patricia Flynn.
