Andrew Thomson Paterson age 94 was born July 28, 1918 in Moosic, PA and departed May 15, 2013 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Mr. Paterson was a veteran of WW II serving as an Army Combat Medic. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Education and began teaching at Crestwood High School in Mountain Top, PA where he later served as the principal and eventually the school district’s superintendant. He was predeceased by his wife, Audrey Paterson.
Mr. Paterson leaves his wife Aletha Lowry Paterson, sons; Scott (Beth) Paterson, Brent (Jan) Paterson, grandchildren; Taylor, Moly, Megan, Heather Paterson.
A private memorial service will be held Sunday, May 19, 2013.
