Age 50 was born April 4, 1964 the daughter of Raymond Walker Phipps Jr and Farrah Lee Newsom Phipps in Jackson, TN. She departed May 13, 2014 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband Al Highfill and together they owned Big Al's Package Store.
Anna leaves her half siblings; Raymond Phipps III and Kathleen Yustus, her godmother; Virginia Ruth Hudgens, a special friend Louella Gibson.
