Annie Ruth Lewis, of Humboldt, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be at the funeral home on Friday, August 19, 2016 from 10am to 1pm. A funeral service will follow at 1pm with graveside services at Latham Chapel Cemetery.
Annie was born November 24, 1945 in Columbus, MS and departed this life August 17, 2016 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents; Shields and Ezzie Lee (Ashcraft) Herron, husband; Lloyd Lewis, 4 sisters and 1 brother.
She was a member of New Shiloh United Methodist Church, Humboldt. Her passion in life was raising her children and spending time with the grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Annie is survived by her children; Teresa (Billy) Bates, Bradford, TN, Robert Lewis, FL, David (Donna) Lewis, Trenton, TN, Joe Ann (James) Stallings, Humboldt, TN, 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
