Mr. Arthur Wayne Gibbons age 79 of Humboldt, passed away Friday, October 22, 2021 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born July 25, 1942 in Alamo, TN to the late James Elmer Gibbons, Sr. and Edith Vernon Kirchoff Gibbons.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Ann Gibbons; two brothers, Walton Gibbons and James Elmer Gibbons, Jr. as well as four sisters, Clara Belle Buford, Clara Mae Gibbons, Sarah Louise Forsythe and Lillian Gertrude Kail.
Mr. Gibbons is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Medina Funeral Home with DJ Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Alamo City Cemetery. The Gibbons family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour.
