Betty-Jean was born January 27, 1927 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and departed this life peacefully, surrounded by loved ones February 14, 2018 in Bradford, TN.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harlan Francis Miller; parents, Edward & Alice Lexow; and daughter, Heidi Miller.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Martha (Allen) Goldstein; son, Bryan Miller; son, Michael Miller; daughter, Holly (James) Owens; grandchildren, Sharon Habaeger, Ben Goldstein, Chloe Goldstein, Jeremy Gapen, Jesse (Nicole) Gapen, & Amanda Gapen; and great-grandchildren, Olivia Habaeger, Landon Gapen, Cameron Gapen, Allie Gapen, Gavin Marweg, Samantha Gapen, Summer Gapen, Paige Gapen, Valon Watson, Seth Watson, & Shyanne Watson.
