Betty Ann Sellers, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at her home in Jackson, Tennessee.

She was born on February 15, 1942 in Jackson to the late Thomas Eugene Casey and Mary Ellen Scallions Casey. She was a long time member of Friendship Baptist Church in Medina and enjoyed gardening plants and flowers.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her son, Samuel Bruce Sellers, Jr.

She is survived by her son, Bobby Sellers of Jackson; daughter, Lisa Fields (Kevin) of Knoxville; five brothers, Charles Casey (Wanda) of Medina, Thomas Casey (Patty) of Milan, Johnny Casey (Tina) of Jackson, George Wayne Casey (Lisa) of Jacks Creek and Jack Casey (Pam) of Jackson; sister, Diane Casey Carter (Murray) of Humboldt; and one grandchild, Casey Morris.

A funeral service will be held, to celebrate the life of Betty Ann, at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 2, 2023 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with burial to follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Medina.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the service hour on Saturday in the Chapel.
