Billy Ray Hays, of Cedar Grove, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home. The family will have a graveside service on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cedar Grove, TN with Stephen Hughes officiating.
Billy was born July 11, 1964 to Curtis V. and Patricia Williamson Hays. he was raised in Lavinia, TN and he attended school at Lavinia Elementary & Atwood High School. Billy was preceded in death by both of his parents, and two brothers, Larry Hays and Jimmy Hays.
Billy is survived by two sons, Dustin Hays and Houston Hays; two brothers, David Hays and Ricky Hays, and several grandchildren.
