Mrs. Bobbie Doretta Walls age 67 of Jackson, formerly of Parsons, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was born January 2, 1954 in Hardin County to the late Bonnie Faye Taylor. Mrs. Walls was a homemaker and a member of Amazing Grace Ministries in Parsons.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death her by her husband, Tommy Wayne Walls; her grandparents of whom raised her as their own, Robert and Ara Robertson; two brothers, Max Robertson and Gerald Robertson; two sisters, Kay Tims and Jean Gilliland.
Mrs. Walls is survived by her daughter, Angelia Evans and husband Josh of Jackson; one son, James Perry and wife Stacey of Jackson; step son, Keith Walls of Parsons; step daughter, Kim Layton and husband Doug of Memphis; sister, Pat Warren and husband Russell of Jackson; brother, Mike Robertson and wife Rhonda of Jackson; sister in law, Joyce Robertson of Jackson. Other survivors include nine grandchildren, Kayla Parker, Chelsea Russell, Dustin Fonville, Tyler Evans, Nathan Perry, Drew Layton, Gaven Walls, Jacob Perry and Lynlee Walls as well as six great grandchildren. Mrs. Walls is also survived by two special people, Timmy and Becky Hinson as they made her final days special.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Walls will be conducted Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
