Braelyn Christopher Johnson, age 4, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 in Jackson, Tennessee.
He was born on July 9, 2016 in Union City.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Benny Alexander, Rudolph Johnson II and Mary Lou Love.
He is survived by his parents, Rudolph and Amber Johnson; two brothers, Rudolph Johnson IV and Greyson Crutcher; two sisters, Zadria Johnson and Maddie Rae Wallsmith. Other survivors include his grandparents, Betty Bigham and Theresa Johnson.
Funeral services for Braelyn will be conducted on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Smith, officiating and burial to follow in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. The Johnson family will receive friends on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
Serving as pallbearers will include Jeremy Blackwell, Nick Blackwell, Brandon Blackwell, Tyler Vandiver, Alex Vandiver and Justin Nelson.
