Ms. Carol Byrd, age 61, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on December 14,1960, in Jackson, Tennessee, to Rubye Lewis Foster and the late Von Foster.

In addition to her mother, Ms. Carol is survived by a daughter, Tracey Byrd, and a son, Clay Byrd; sister, Kim Wehner (Tim), and nieces Kaylie Wehner Garner (Ryan) and Caroline Wehner of Jackson, Tennessee.

She also leaves behind stepsons, Currie Byrd, of Henning, Tennessee, and Johnny Byrd, Jr. (Mallory) of Memphis, Tennessee; and a stepdaughter, Christina Cook (Paul) of Covington, Tennessee.

Ms. Carol was preceded in death by her daughter, Madison Darlene Byrd.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. Saturday, February 19, 2022, in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
