Funeral services for Ms. Carolyn Sue Cook, age 64, will be held 1 pm Thursday, November 6, 2014 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Ben Rainey officiating. Ms. Cook died November 2, 2014 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was born in Humboldt to the late Buck Layton Cook and Maudie McCollum Cook Graves and was educated in the local schools. Ms. Cook was a longtime employee of NCR in Humboldt. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lonnie Cook; sister, Maxine Cook. She is survived by her longtime friend, Larry Wayne Williams of Gibson; sisters, Peggy Courtney and husband Russell of Milan, Mary Miller and husband Robert of Brownsville, Pat Morris and husband Bob of Arkansas.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. At the funeral home.
