Charles Criswell, age 91, departed this life on Saturday, May 11, 2019 in Trenton, Tennessee.

He was born on September 17, 1927 in Gibson County to the late Johnnie Criswell and Mattie Anderson Criswell. Charles was a livestock dealer for John Morrell and Bryan Foods. He also served as a Gibson County Road Commissioner for twenty years.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his loving wife, Bonnie "Maxine" Hill; grandson, Jason Criswell; granddaughter, Carol Ann Criswell; three sisters, Margaret Temple, Ruth Wilson and Lois Winston; and

son-in-law, Tommy Keeton.

Charles is survived by his three sons, Chuck Criswell (Pat) of Trenton, Marvin "Bubba" Criswell (Kathy) of Trenton and Scotty Criswell (Shari) of Trenton; daughter, Debbie Keeton of Trenton; seven grandchildren, Joseph Charles Criswell, Stephanie Criswell, Kyle Criswell, Tracy Cravens, Doug Keeton, Lucas Criswell and Colby Criswell; eleven great grandchildren; and one sister, Doris Carlton of Trenton.

Funeral services for Mr. Criswell will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 17, 2019 at Dorris Chapel Church of Christ with Minister Tim Fuqua officiating. Burial will follow in

Walnut Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Dorris Chapel  Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. and again on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the service hour.
