Charles was born August 31, 1952 in Wayne, Michigan and departed this life August 14, 2018 in his home, surrounded by loved ones in Trenton, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer & Helen Fuller; brother, Gene Fuller; and sister, Juquita Fuller.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary Fuller; son, Charles (Cora) Fuller II; son, Michael Fuller; grandson, Michael Fuller; and aunt, Katherine Pate.
