Charles was born on January 31, 1946 in Dyer County, TN and departed this life on January 20, 2017 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Perry & Emma Pauline Isbell; and brothers, Thomas Glen Isbell, Joe Isbell, & Larry Douglas Isbell.
Charles was a retired farmer. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Rutherford, TN.
He is survived by his wife, Vicie Isbell; daughter, Tonya Raybon; granddaughters, Allahna Raybon & Jacqueline Raybon; brother, Billy Isbell; and sisters, Ivonne Shaeffer & Margaret Samples.
