Age 81 was born December 20, 1930 in New Site, MS. He departed September 12, 2012 at

Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Charles was a welder who retired from Clark Equipment after many years of service.

He enjoyed having a large, loving family.

Charles leaves his loving wife Zera, children; Brenda (Jim) Ness of Villages, FL, Charles (Margret) Sparks of Jackson, TN, Phyllis (Dean) Stefanakos of Milan, Steven (Claire) Sparks of Abilene, TX, Grandchildren; Linda Sullivan, Jessica Barry, Jason Sparks, James Sparks, Timothy Sparks, Christine Pounds, Becky Crafton, Joan Crafton, April Shook, Samantha Reel, Drew Jackman, Jacob Stefanakos, Paul Erikson, Dayna Gossage, C. Daniel Stefanakos, Kimberly Sparks, and Kassie Sparks. Mr. Sparks also had 32 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; Charlie Sparks and Bessie Mae Pace Sparks, as well as 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Visitation for Mr. Sparks will be from 4 to 8 PM on Friday the 14 ^th at Medina Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday the 15 ^th at Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Sparks officiating.

He will be laid to rest in Centerville Cemetery in Medina, TN following the service.
