He was preceded in death by his parents Crate and Peggy Joyce (Hallman) Sullivan, and former wife, Cynthia Sullivan.
Charles is survived by his daughter, Amanda Day, Milan TN; sister, Marsha Hyman, Bogata TX; brothers, Frankie Sullivan, Edward Baker, Tupelo MS, Larry Wayne Baker, Bogata TX, grandsons, Connor and Carson Day, Milan TN.
