Charlotte Smith, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Maplewood Health Care Center.

She was born in Gibson County on August 11, 1941 to the late James Everett Davidson and Mattie Ruth Davidson.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Powell Paschall; three brothers, Buddy Davidson, Mike Davidson and Robert Davidson; and sister, Catherine Rayfield.

She is survived by her son, Scott Powell; daughter, Theresa Kimmy; four grandchildren, Kristin Beno, Amanda Anderson(Michael), Jacob Garon and Gabie Contreras; and six great grandchildren.
