Claudia Holl
Claudia Jean Joler Holl, September 17, 1955 to April 25, 2014, Humboldt, TN
Claudia Holl, the embodiment of a true lover of the Lord and faithful servant of His will. Even leading into her death, although still as feisty as ever, knowing that the Lord’s sovereignty was on her life.  She was a native of Waterville, Maine and loved everything about her Mainiac heritage, especially a good lobster roll.  She loved Clinique Aromatics perfume, and naturally assumed everyone else did, as she all but bathed in it daily.
She leaves behind her best friend and husband Jonathan, of 37 years, of whom she said, “Jon, we’ve had a good run!” To which he would reply, with a chuckle, “Yes, sweetheart we have!”  Her son, Ian, and daughter-in-law Starla, of Henderson, TN and her daughter Ellen and grand“est” daughter, Catherine Grace “Muffie”, of Humboldt, TN.
She also leaves behind her sisters: Bonnie Joler, Cynthia Peavey and Mildred Worthley of Maine.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Emmanuel and Geraldine Joler and brother Wayne Joler.
Our spectacular mother was welcomed into Heaven by hearing “Well done, my good and faithful servant”, and now has joined the choir of angels in Heaven singing “Glory to God in The Highest”.  We are delighted to know that someone is finally enjoying her rather off-key and loud singing.
“What through the radiance that was once so bright, be now forever taken from my sight.  Though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower; we will grieve not, rather find strength in what remains behind.” – William Wordsworth
Her Celebration of Life Service was held on Sunday April 27, 2014 at 2pm in First Baptist Church, Humboldt, TN.
