Mrs. Cindy Warren, age 62, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on July 7, 1959 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late James Harvey Carter and Nancie Lee Carter.

Mrs. Cindy is survived by her husband of thirty-nine years, Benny Warren of Mercer, Tennessee. Benny truly loved her with all of his heart and cherishes the many wonderful years they shared together.
Other survivors include three sons, Jonathan “JC” David Carter of Memphis, Tennessee, Mat Warren and his wife Kalyn of Mercer, Tennessee, and Nick Warren of Memphis, Tennessee; two sisters, Leslie Carter Northam and her husband Damon of Fisherville, Tennessee and Debbie Carter Anderson and her husband Neil of Huntingdon, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Zoey Chandler, Jonesy Warren, Delaney Warren, and Rowdy Warren; and a very special niece, Nikia Hanba and her husband Jonathan; along with other nephews and nieces.

Mrs. Cynthia is loved and will be missed by many friends.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
