Dean Holder

Dean Holder, age 88, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at his home in Humboldt, Tennessee. 

He was born on November 9, 1935, in Trenton, Tennessee to the late Herbert Bradford Holder and Cola G. Holder. Mr. Dean enjoyed tinkering on anything that had a motor. He spent the majority of his life working as a mechanic.

In addition to his parents, Dean was preceded in death by his grandson, Dean Howell.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Alice Holder; two daughters, Susan Coble and husband Bobby of Humboldt, Tennessee and Deborah Ogle and husband David of Garfield, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Amanda Parnell and husband Ron of Humboldt, Tennessee, Dr. Jonathan Coble and wife Callie of Cookeville, Tennessee, Bailey Howell and husband Kade of Russellville, Arkansas and Chesney Howell of Garfield, Arkansas; and five great grandchildren, Jack, Miles, Daisy, Maverick and Waverly.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Christian Chapel Church of Christ in Humboldt.
