Dean E. Samuelson, age 73, departed this life on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt, Tennessee.

He was born on January 30, 1946 in Ashland, Oregon to the late Leslie Samuelson and Eula Wenaus. Dean served our country in the United States Navy for four years.
