Debbie Todd, age 74, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025 at her home in Jackson, Tennessee.

She was born on November 15, 1950 in Harrison, Arkansas to the late Vernon Monday and Marie Shane Monday.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her sister, Michelle Kennedy.

She is survived by her husband of fifty three years, Charles E. Todd, Jr. of Jackson; son, Charles E. Todd, III of Jackson; sister, Sharlene Kutz of Jackson; and grandson, Charles Hunter Todd.
