Delwin was born August 4, 1925 in West Point, Nebraska and departed this life May 8, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond & Mable Bailey; brother, Dean Bailey; and sisters, Dana Meyer, Laverne Bailey, & Betty Lennoman.
He is survived by his loving wife, Vernelle Bailey; daughter, Dianne Bailey; son, Randy (Siny) Bailey; granddaughter, Brandy (Steven) Bailey-King; brother, Carroll (Karen) Bailey; sister, Shirley Carlson; sister, Karen (Cyril) Rehner; and several nieces and nephews.
