Dennis Edward Cox

Dennis Cox, age 79, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024, at his home in Milan.

He was born on February 4, 1945, in Hammond, Indiana to the late Edward Franklin Cox and Bessie Bumgardner Cox. 

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his brother, Bob Cox and sister, Donna Sue Pollard.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Cox of Milan, Tennessee; two sons, Don Cox of Indiana and John Cox and wife Summer of Illinois; two daughters, Tanya Jones and husband Darrin of Illinois and Denise Taylor and husband William of Indiana; and sister, Debbie Cox of Illinois.

Other survivors include grandchildren, Phillip Zavala, Alaina Zavala, Kayla Cox, James, Cox, John Cox, Jr., Jesse Cox, Grace Taylor, Finnegan Taylor, Murphy Taylor, Josh Jones and wife Hailey, Molly Jones, Sam Jones and wife Sydney, Allison Taylor and Cody Taylor and great grandchildren, Anna Taylor, Colt Taylor, Owen Shinn, Marcus Shinn, River Jones, Walker Jones, Jayce Zavala, Alexander Guzman, Payton Perry and Chloe Perry.
