Mr. Donnie Woodard, age 68, of Milan, TN, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at NHC in Milan. He is survived by his brothers and sisters; Haskell Woodard, Jr. and wife Norma of Milan, Thomas M. Woodard and wife Zola of Memphis, Brenda Smith and husband Jack of Milan, Louise Stanford of Hernando, MS.
Mr. Woodard whishes were to be cremated.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Opal Lewis and Eulene Cash.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11 am in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
