Dorothy was born January 31, 1934 in Dyersburg, TN and departed this life September 17, 2016 at NHC Healthcare, Milan, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents; Bob and Edna Johnson, siblings; Raymond Powers, Otha Wayne Powers, Harold “Buddy” Powers, and daughter-in-law; Mickie Westmoreland.
She was a homemaker and loving mother to seven children. She was a member of Soul’s Harbor Pentecostal Church, Trenton.
Survivors include sons; Mike (Janice) Westmoreland, Fort Wayne, IN, Mark (Valecia) Westmoreland, Trenton, TN, Gary Westmoreland, Medina, TN, Chris (Teresa) Westmoreland, Newbern, TN, daughters; Diane (David) Fisher, McKenzie, TN, Jennie Westmoreland, Milan, TN, Joanie McMinn, Trenton, TN, grandchildren; Jonathan & James Fisher, Joshua Bradley, Anthony, Clinton, Travis, Jessica, Brittany & Blake Westmoreland, and many great grandchildren.
