Funeral services for Mr. Dorris Lents, age 85, will be held at 12 noon Thursday, March 19, 2015 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow in Quincy Cemetery in Crockett County, TN. Visitation will be held from 10 am until service time Thursday.
Mr. Lents died Monday, March 16, 2015 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
He was born in Crockett County to the late Curtis and Ora Fincher Lents. Mr. Lents served in the National Guard for 12 years.
Mr. Lents is survived by his wife of 64 years, Alice Brown Lents; son, James Lents and wife Nathleen; son, Ricky Lents; daughter, Charlotte Crocker; seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; brother, Curtis Lents, Jr.
