Florence “Cookie” Virginia Polinski, age 70, of Atwood, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held 1pm Friday, April 13, 2018 at Pisgah Cemetery in Atwood, TN.

Cookie was born May 18, 1947 in Chicago, IL and departed this life April 11, 2018 in McKenzie, TN.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Joseph “Sonny” Polinski; parents, William Richard & Florence Victoria Urlaub; and sisters, Alice & Pat.

She is survived by her daughter, Melodie (Richard) Hamm; son, Joey (Crystal) Polinski; son, Willie (Della) Polinski; son, Tommy (Stephanie) Polinski; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, William Richard (Penny) Urlaub; cousin, Jane Brazel; and sister-in-law, Diane O’Guin.
