Frances Brock

She was born on July 24, 1962 in Tampa, Florida to the late Gloria Wanda Dempsey.

Ms. Frances is survived by her brother James "Jimmy" Wilkerson (Brenda) of Bradford, Tennessee; sister, Linda Dolbeck (Lance) of New York; four daughters, Stacey Brock of Dyer, Tennessee, Tonya Baker of Bradford, Tennessee, Aubrie Notestine, and Kayla Notestine; two sons, Jared Brock of Whitehall, Michigan and Josh Brock of Rothberry, Michigan; nine grandchildren;  and one great grandchild.
