Frieda Dianne Cupples McCabe

Frieda “Dianne” Cupples McCabe passed away on April 10, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee.

There will be no services at this time.

Dianne was born in Jackson, Tennessee to BM “Shorty” and Mary Edna Cupples on May 6, 1949.  She was a 1967 graduate of South Side High School. She lived most of her adult life

in Florida but lived in Jackson for the past 10 years. Dianne worked for the Associated Press for many years and was employed by TDOT prior to retiring.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Dorothy Mae Cupples Benson and two brothers, William Robert “Buddy” Cupples and Larry Edward Englet.

She is survived by a daughter, Ashley Jolene McCabe, a sister, Doris Evelyn Cupples Webb

and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is also survived by a special nephew, Garey Cupples and wife Debbie who helped her tremendously over the past ten years.

The family will gather at a later date to commemorate her life.

Dianne cared deeply for all animals, especially her two dogs, Lola and Molly.  In lieu of flowers,

contributions may be made in her honor to the Humane Society or any animal rescue agency.
