Gary Wayne Tate, age 65, departed this life on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at his home in Humboldt, Tennessee.
He was born on December 3, 1954 in Humboldt, Tennessee to the late Marshall and Maggie Tate.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Marshall Tate, Jr.
Gary is survived by two daughters, Jessica R. Keith and Jennifer Taylor; one brother, Danny Ray Tate; one sister, Judy Fonville; two grandchildren, Rebecca Keith and Elizabeth Loren Keith; niece, Michelle Guinn; nephew, Bill Tate; and companion, Patti Spitzer.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 13, 2020 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Grimes officiating. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Humboldt, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
