Gene “Bubba” Tyrone Colton age 51, was born May 25, 1962 in Humboldt, TN. He departed January 31, 2014 at his home with family by his side. Bubba loved riding horses, hunting, fishing, and NASCAR. He is preceded in death by his mother; Stella Louise Brown Walters and brother; Bobby “Butch” Gilmore Jr.
Bubba leaves his wife; Betty Simmons Colton, son; Tyler Colton, daughters; Kendra Colton, Mallory McAfee, Jennifer Hart, father; Eugene Colton, sisters; Renea Treadwell, Nova Thomas, Darla Parham, brother; Robert Gilmore, and 7 grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
