Herbert “Chuck” Wardell Price, Jr.
Funeral services for Mr. Chuck Price, age 62, will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2015 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. George Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt.
Mr. Price died August 17, 2015 at his home in Humboldt.
He was born in Humboldt to the late Herbert Wardell Price, Sr. and Beulah Mae Maitland Price and was educated in the city schools.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Tyler Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Johnson Price; son, Heath Price and wife Amber; daughter, Michelle Price and husband Brandon; step-daughter, Kasie Shook and husband Blair; step-son, Jason Davis and wife Angi; fourteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the Price family will be held from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
