Howard “Caleb” McCaleb Jones, II

Trenton, Tennessee

Caleb Jones, age 37, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Milan General Hospital.

He was born on April 28, 1986 in Jackson, Tennessee to Howard McCaleb Jones and Angie Warren Rinks.
Caleb grew up in Trenton, Tennessee where he attended Trenton Elementary and Middle School and graduated from Peabody High School. He attended Lambuth University on a football scholarship. One of his elementary school teachers still calls him a big teddy bear. In his high school and college years, he loved his time at the lake with family and friends. Caleb’s three children, Tinzlee, Triton and Tuffin, were his joy. He loved them so much and enjoyed spending time with them.

Caleb was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Billy C. Jones; maternal grandfather, Joda Warren; and uncle, Billy C. Jones, Jr.

He is survived by his father, Howard McCaleb Jones of Trenton; mother, Angie Warren Rinks of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Triton Jones of Bradford and Tuffin Jones of Bradford; daughter, Tinzlee Jones of Bradford; brother, Timmy Tuttle of Milan; and sister, Kelsey Farmer and her husband Jared of Williamsburg, Virginia.

Other survivors include niece, Ryleigh Farmer; nephew, Kacen McCaleb Farmer; paternal grandmother, Dotty Jones of Knoxville; and maternal grandmother, Margareta Warren of Milan.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Eldad Baptist Church with Jonathan Criswell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the trust account at Security Bank in Trenton, Tennessee to help prepare for the future of his children.
