Mr. James Sanford Hubble age 71 of Milan, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022 in Laurelwood Healthcare.

He was born May 3, 1950 in Oregon to the late Leslie Sanford Hubble and Zoella Yoder Hubble. Mr. Hubble served in the United States Army and retired as a Veteran Affairs representative for the unemployment office. During his time in the military, he served in Vietnam, Desert Storm and later an additional tour in Iraq. He invested much of his time with fellow Veteran's, helping in any way he could. Mr. Hubble was a lover of people and animals, enjoyed fishing and was a man of faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dave Hubble and sister in law, Pam Hubble.

Survivors include a daughter Tammy Hawkins (April); two sons, James Hubble of Nashville and Caleb Hubble of Milan; one sister, Debbie Russell (Bob) of Jackson; one brother, William Hubble. Other survivors include three grandchildren, Devin Davis, Dylan Hawkins and Matthew Hawkins as well as two great grandchildren, Paisley Hawkins and Heath Hawkins.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at a later date at Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads.
