James Rogers

Mr. James Riley Rogers of Medina,  age 82, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born on March 16, 1938 in Henderson Co. to the late James Rogers, Sr. and Graple Rhodes.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Newbill.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie; three sons, Dennis Rogers (Joyce) of Bells, Jeffery Rogers of Medina and Tony Rogers (Carrol) of Medina; one daughter, Susan Roden (David) of Estill Springs; three brothers, Thomas Rogers of Bartlett, Larry Rogers of Millington and J.G. Rogers of Medina and one sister, Nancy Fox of Parsons. Other survivors include seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mr. Rogers will be conducted on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 in the Chapel of Medina Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Steven Fonville, officiating. The Rogers Family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until service hour. Burial will follow in the Centerville Cemetery.
