Jason Edward Chandler age 41 was born January 18, 1972 in Milan, TN. He passed Saturday July 27, 2013 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Jason was self-employed in the telecommunications industry. He was preceded in death by his father, John Edward Chandler, a brother, Jamie Chandler.

Jason leaves his children Katelyn and Madison, his mother Shelby Jean Chandler, brothers; Jeff, Johnny and Jeremy.

Services are 6:30 pm Monday, July 29, 2013 from the Chapel of Medina Funeral Home, with Pastor Wayne Wendt officiating.

Memorial donations may be directed to a special fund for his children.
