Memorial service for Mr. Jason Alan Mitchell, age 40, will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 2 – 4 pm at Gibson Baptist Church in Gibson, TN.
Mr. Mitchell died December 30, 2014 at Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, Arkansas.
He was born in Hayti, MO to John Wesley Mitchell and Shirley Jean Walker Mitchell.
Mr. Mitchell was owner/operator of JDK Trucking and was associated with Mercer Transport.
Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his father and sister, Dena Mitchell.
He is survived by his wife Deborah Mitchell of Medina, TN; daughters, Kayla Whitt of Milan and Kelsey Mitchell of Medina; mother, Shirley Mitchell of Humboldt; brother, Lewis Mitchell and wife Cheryl; sister, Pam Bobek; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital.
