He was born on September 29, 1965 in Milan, Tennessee.

Mr. Jeffery is survived by his mother, Mary Hughes of Alamo, Tennessee and step father, James "Jimmy" Hughes; two sons, Justin Lee Oliver of Leach, Tennessee and Joseph Oliver of Leach, Tennessee; and the mother of his children, Tammy Allen.

A private graveside service will be held at Alamo City Cemetery on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
