Mr. Jeffrey Lynn Frazier, age 54, departed this life on Thursday, February 27, 2020.
He was born on December 11, 1965 in Will County, Illinois to the late George W. Frazier, Jr. and Gladys Miller Frazier.
In addition to his parents, Jeffrey was preceded in death by his brother, David Frazier.
Mr. Jeffrey is survived by four brothers, Jerry Frazier (Kim), Ronnie Frazier, Randy Frazier (Patty), Kenneth Frazier; two sisters, Judy Rhodes (Steve) and Linda Gray; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, March 7, 2020 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour.
