Jerry D. Qualls, age 66, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 in Milan, Tennessee.
He was born on December 31, 1952 in Savannah, Tennessee to Gladys Adams Qualls and the late Jack H. Qualls.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father and brother, Ronnie Qualls.
In addition to his mother, Jerry is survived by his daughter, Leanna Qualls Keatts; brother, Kerry Qualls (Suzanne); sister, Jackie Qualls; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Qualls will be conducted Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary of Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Milan.
