Jerry David Poppy Johnson of Jackson, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home where memorial services will be 2 pm Wednesday, June 22, 2016. Visitation will be 12 -2 pm prior to services.
Jerry was born November 11, 1942 in Madison Co., TN and he departed this life June 19, 2016 in Jackson, TN. He was a veteran of U.S. Army and was a dispatcher for Bob Parker Wrecker Service. He was preceded in death by his parents; Gerald and Mary Johnson, son; Scott Murtaugh.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Gail Johnson, children; Susan Murtaugh, grandchild; Shea Lafont, brother; Richard Johnson.
The Family request that everyone wear Blue and Yellow in honor of his favorite team Michigan.
