Mr. Jimmie Jones, Sr., age 72, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021 in Milan, Tennessee.

He was born on October 30, 1948 in Haywood County to the late Jack Jones and Irene Ragland Jones.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Jimmie was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Jones and George Jones and three sisters, Susie Collier, Corene Taylor and Rosella Perry.

He is survived by his two sons, John Jones of Humboldt, Tennessee and Jimmie Jones, Jr. of Milan, Tennessee; two daughters, Sheila Waldon and her husband Steven of Alabama and Francine Jones of Milan, Tennessee; two brothers, Danny Jones of Chicago, Illinois and Willie Jones of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; two sisters, Gloria Austin of Indiana and Lucy Coleman of Gibson, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Jeanitta Jones, Malik Calhoun, Austin McBride, Yolynda Jones, L.J. Jones, DeMarcus Brown and DeAndra Waldon; and four great grandchildren.
