Ms. Fuchs was born March 16, 1931 in Phoenix, AZ and departed this life October 5, 2018 in Milan, TN. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Milan, TN, UMW and on the Funeral Fund Committee. She graduated Phoenix Union High School Class of 1949 and was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.

Preceding her in death are her husband of 47 years Charles K. Fuchs and brother, Jack B. Ford.

Ms. Fuchs is survived by sisters, Mary Sue Ford Morrison of Mesa, AZ, Emma Kay Ford Wells of Parker, CO, daughter Susan K. Fuchs of Milan, TN, son, Jonathan P. Fuchs of Oak Harbor, WA. Grandsons, Michael J. Elsroad, Matthew J. Elsroad, great granddaughter, Addyson C. Elsroad
