Joe Kilburn, age 80, of Gibson, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held 3pm Saturday, April 28, 2018 with visitation from 12-3pm.

He was born March 5, 1938 in Humphreys County, TN and departed this life April 25, 2018 in Humboldt, TN.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Jo Kilburn; parents, John & Florence Kilburn; and siblings, Johnny, Jesse, Martha, Ruby, Kate, & Marie.

His family says he was a kind hearted & loving husband and father.  He would give you his last dollar if you asked.  Joe was a Godly man and was Baptist by faith.

He is survived by his wife, Chrstine Kilburn; children, Brenda Johnson Kilburn, James Garland Kilburn, Vivian Elaine Kilburn, Tammy Louise Kilburn Wilson, & Melisa Renee Kilburn Tuberville; step-children, Margaret Russell, Marie Kunugi, & Albert Kunugi; sister, Dean Mathis; 17 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimers Association, Parkinson's Foundation, or the American Heath Association.
