John David Tubbs, age 76, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born on January 18, 1947 in Bradford, Tennessee to the late Aubrey Tubbs and Jerome Bledsoe. He served in the United States Air Force.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Tubbs.

He is survived by his sister, Sara Cantrell and his wife John of Greenfield; two brothers, Thomas Aubrey of South Carolina and Charles Tubbs of Bradford; and several nieces and nephews.
